- Work with finance and supply chainteams to effectively manage sales resources andinventory.
- Prepare and present regular salesreports and performance updates to senior management including theRegional VP of Sales or Chief SalesOfficer.
- Utilize data and analytics to drivestrategic decisionmaking and support salesinitiatives.
- Monitor market trends andcompetitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain acompetitiveedge.
Qualifications:
- Provenexperience in a senior sales role preferably as a Country Manageror in a similar position with responsibility for national salesmanagement.
- Strong track record of achievingsales targets managing sales teams and driving revenuegrowth.
- Experience in manufacturingcompanies is highlydesirable.
- Exceptional leadership and teammanagement abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating asales team.
- Strong strategic thinking andproblemsolving skills complemented by a datadriven approach todecisionmaking.
- Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills with the capability to buildrelationships and influencestakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in businessadministration sales marketing or a related field; an MBA or otheradvanced degree ispreferred.
