Qualifications & Experience
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. A Master's degree or MBA with an HR focus is preferred.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a fast-paced and complex environment. Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent development, and managing organizational change. Previous experience in a multinational or large organization is highly preferred.
Certifications: Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) are preferred.
