Strategic Leadership:

Qualifications:

  • Adoctorate degree from highly-ranked accredited institution in afield related to the disciplines represented in the College ofEngineering and Information Technology.
  • Adistinguished record of academic and scholarlyaccomplishments.
  • Demonstrated administrativeleadership and managerial experience, preferably as a Dean in anABET-accredited institution.
  • Proven experiencein budget planning, personnel management, and resourceallocation.
  • Comprehensive understanding andexperience with accreditation processes, including ABETaccreditation.
  • Established track record inindustry outreach, fostering partnerships, and securing funds forresearch.
