  • Prepare andconduct regularly the Duet/ Triplet meetings to ensure efficiencyof Duets/Triplets
  • Participate to the followupand evaluation of suppliers withPartners
  • Ensure cost optimization andreduction
  • Participate to the good use ofesourcing tools
  • Utilize frame agreements FALTCsigned by headquarters
  • Ensure the reception,management and follow up of purchase orders (PO's) untilpayment and reception
  • Ensure the input of allnecessary purchase data in SAP
  • Contribute toreporting Key Performance Indicators for the purchasingactivities
  • Participate to and promoteactivities, projects, actions launched for the improvement of theSupply Chain Process
  • In its perimeter, the jobholder manages the Purchasing of goodsactivities:
  • Prepare Contract Committeedocuments and participate with Partners for the presentation ofRTAs
  • Participate in planning's phasesof the needs (SOR) in duet withPartners
  • Analyze all Purchase Requisitions (PR)expressed by Partners to ensure that adequate materialspecification (to finalize S.O.W), budget authorizations andrelative cost centers have beenprovided
  • Propose the bidder lists according tothe nature of the requests
  • Group requisitionsto reduce process costs, compile tender packages and organize callfor tender / request for quotation, invitations to bid, Answer totenderers' requests forclarification
  • Study, compare and evaluateoffers in order to have the most economical and contractualadvantageous conditions
  • Organize and leadnegotiations with suppliers associated with award and performanceof Pos
  • Issue RTAs in Duet with Partners incharge of the request
  • Establish correspondingcontractual documents: purchase orders,etc.
  • Make sure all Purchase Orders (PO), andcontractual documents include the necessary related QA/QCprovisions.
  • Ensure the followup of purchaseorders until complete reception andpayment
  • Ensure rapid and correct validation ofPO's
  • Ensure reception ofacknowledgement of receipt for PO's fromsuppliers
  • Ensure Suppliers'deliveries on time
  • Followup of goods receiptuntil affiliate's centralwarehouse
  • Negotiate and solve all changesleading to amendment from Partners orsuppliers
  • Clarify discrepancies betweenmaterial received and orders, if any with suppliers (Triplet: stockcontroller / stock keeper/TADM).
  • Follow up theupdate of the supplier's database and the input of allpurchase data in SAP.
  • The Job holder managesCompliance of activities
  • Ensure thatcompany's Contractual and Purchasing Policies andapplicable laws and regulations are adhered to, especially relatedto ethic and transparency
  • Ensure the use of thepurchasing documents and procedures to comply with the standards ofthe company and the agreements with thepartners
  • Ensure the application of GeneralTerms and Conditions for purchase of equipment'sespecially as it concerns complex, high value, high riskequipment's
  • Ensure the goodadministration and filing of all the purchasing documents andensure that all approvals, justifications, circulation forms filed in line with the applicable procedures and meet auditrequirements to minimize any potential partner/audit claims orcourt actions
