Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify fashion trends and new products.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.

- Analyzing sales data and forecasting future trends to inform purchasing decisions.
- Monitoring and managing the delivery of products to ensure timely arrivals.
- Collaborating with the merchandising and sales teams to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
- Managing the budget for purchasing and ensuring cost-effective procurement.
- Evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Staying informed about industry developments and attending trade shows and fashion events.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven experience in buying, sourcing, or purchasing within the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for analysis and reporting.
