  • Ensure that certificates andregistrations comply with contract requirements and BusinessRules.
  • Provide prompt and professionalcertification services to fully meet client needs through theCertification/Technical Centre.
  • Facilitatetrade by ensuring the timely accurate and consistent issuance ofCertificates of Conformity in line with Conformity AssessmentInstructions TFS Business Rules and other relevantreferences.
  • Establish and maintain strongworking relationships with clients andaffiliates.
  • Accurately enter all relevantdetails (e.g. fees values invoice numbers job numbers) into TradeWorks for each processing file.
  • Handleinquiries and maintain effective communication with affiliates andclients.
  • Coordinate daily operationaltasks.
  • Provide timely and effective responsesto affiliate inquiries regarding CoCissuance.
  • Maintain proper recordkeeping throughfiling archiving and relateddocumentation.
  • Perform any additional duties asdelegated by the Director to support the achievement ofdepartmentalobjectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strongcommand of English; additional languages are aplus.
  • Proficiency in communication and computerskills.
  • This role is only open for UAEnationals.
