Lead Recruitment - Global Talent Solutions specializing in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Position: Business Development Manager – UAE Practice We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic UAE Tax and Advisory practice . This key role requires a professional with a proven track record in driving business growth, particularly within the UK and European markets, and the ability to foster relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders. Note: Candidates who are eligible to work in the UK or the European Union will be prioritized due to specific visa and legal requirements for this role. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Market Expansion: Spearhead business development initiatives targeting the UK/EU–UAE corridors, focusing on attracting new clients and expanding our market presence within these regions. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including law firms, accounting firms, family offices, multinational corporations, and other professional service providers, to enhance business opportunities and drive mutual growth. Representation & Brand Advocacy: Serve as the firm’s representative at leading international conferences, chambers of commerce, and high-profile networking events. Build and promote the firm's brand identity within the UK and European business communities. Sales Leadership & Strategic Direction: Lead and execute impactful sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue growth and market leadership. Collaborate with senior leadership to refine and implement business development strategies tailored to the evolving global market landscape. What We’re Looking For Proven Expertise: A minimum of 8+ years of business development experience within professional services, ideally within tax, legal, consulting, or Big 4/mid-tier firms . Previous experience in international markets, particularly the UK and Europe, is highly desirable. Strong Network: An extensive and established network of contacts within European and British business communities, including law firms, accounting firms, multinational organizations, and family offices. The ability to leverage this network to open doors to new business opportunities is essential. Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to build and nurture client relationships, manage key accounts, and represent the firm at senior levels. Entrepreneurial Drive: A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. A willingness to travel regularly between the UAE, UK, and Europe is expected. Strategic Vision: Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to understand complex market dynamics and translate them into actionable business development strategies that drive tangible results.
