We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Executive with a proven track record of consistently generating sales revenue for our company's products and services through outbound sales efforts targeting customers. Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Take full accountability for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, achieving outstanding results.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and inform strategic planning.
  3. Generate sales revenue through proactive outbound sales initiatives.
  4. Handle objections effectively, converting challenges into opportunities for sales success.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Exceptional communication skills and professional etiquette, with the ability to engage and connect with key decision-makers.
  2. Demonstrated success in outbound sales and direct sales (B2B), with expertise in managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  3. Responsible, aggressive, and persuasive, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  4. A proactive go-getter with innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  5. Proven experience in closing sales, coupled with strong presentation, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Candidates should possess high self-esteem, confidence, perseverance, enthusiasm, and a pleasing personality. A self-starter with excellent organizational skills is essential.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and manage customer relationships effectively.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and driven to meet individual sales goals.
