Weare seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented JuniorAccountant for one of our Decoration top high clients inAl Ain . The ideal candidate will possess strongaccounting skills an understanding of financial principles andexperience with telesales or customer service. This role requires agood understanding of accounting processes as well as the abilityto assist in managing financial records invoices and reports.Telesales experience is essential for interacting with clientsresolving queries and providing support related to financialtransactions.

KeyResponsibilities :

  1. AccountingSupport :

    • Assistin preparing and maintaining financial records including ledgersaccounts payable and accountsreceivable.
    • Prepare monthly andquarterly financial statements including income statements balancesheets and cash flowstatements.
    • Assist with bankreconciliations tax filings andaudits.
    • Ensure compliance withcompany policies and relevant accountingstandards.

  2. CustomerInteraction (Telesales/ClientSupport) :

    • Usetelesales skills to handle client inquiries related to billingpayments and financialtransactions.
    • Address client queriesand issues related to their accounts ensuring that their concernsare resolved in a timely and efficientmanner.
    • Follow up with clients onoutstanding payments or discrepancies in accounts using appropriatecommunication channels.
    • Providefinancial information and support over the phone ensuring clarityandprofessionalism.

  3. DataEntry andReporting :

    • Maintainaccurate records of all financial transactions andcommunications.
    • Input and updatefinancial data into accounting software (e.g. QuickBooksSage).
    • Prepare reports for senioraccountants management and external parties asrequired.

  4. Collaboration :

    • Workclosely with other departments such as sales operations andcustomer service to ensure financial dataaccuracy.
    • Collaborate with senioraccountants to ensure timely preparation of financial reports andadherence todeadlines.

  5. AdministrativeTasks :

    • Managefiling and documentation of financial records andreports.
    • Assist in the preparationof financial documents for internal and externalaudits.
Qualifications :
  • Education :A bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or relatedfield.
  • Experience :
    • Minimumof 12 years of experience in accounting or a related financialrole.
    • Proven experience in telesalesor customer service with an ability to manage client accounts overthe phoneeffectively.
  • Skills :
    • Strongknowledge of accounting principles practices and financialsoftware.
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clientsand team membersprofessionally.
    • Strong attention todetail and organizationalskills.
    • Ability to workindependently and manage timeeffectively.
  • TechnicalSkills :
    • Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Excel WordPowerPoint).
    • Experience withaccounting software (QuickBooks Sage Xero etc.) ispreferred.
  • TelesalesExperience : Demonstrated experience in telesales orclient communication over the phone especially in managingfinancial transactions orcollections.
