Your expertise will play a key role in driving customer success and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales representatives to engage with customers during the presales phase. Understand customer main points, technical requirements and business goals.
  2. Solution Design: Leverage your technical expertise to design and propose software and technology solutions that meet customer needs. Provide scalable and sustainable recommendations tailored to client environments.
  3. Technical Presentations & Demos: Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and POC (Proof of Concept) sessions to showcase the capabilities of our solutions in addressing customer needs.
  4. Product Knowledge & Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest product features, updates, and industry trends. Be able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Documentation & Proposals: Assist in the creation of technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, solution documentation, and RFP responses. Provide insights into the technical scope and estimated project timelines.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the product management and development teams to relay customer feedback, identify improvement areas, and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
  7. Customer Training & Support: Support customers during the implementation phase by providing technical training and guidance, ensuring smooth product deployment and adoption.
  8. Pre-sales Support: Provide technical expertise in bid reviews, contract negotiations, and other sales-related activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Software Knowledge: Experience with software development methodologies, systems architecture, and cloud-based solutions. Familiarity with databases, web technologies, APIs, and integrations is preferred.
  3. Experience in Presales: At least 3 - 4 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, ideally in a software or technology-driven company.
  4. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and address customer concerns.
  6. Sales Acumen: Ability to work in a customer-facing environment, engaging with both technical and business teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
  7. Certifications (optional): Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), software development frameworks, or technical sales are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with modern software development tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in designing and deploying cloud-based software solutions.
  • Prior experience working with CRM tools, ERP solutions, or SaaS platforms.
