Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Presales Engineer Specialist to join our team at Hytera. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting technical work, preparing product solutions, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, including solving technical problems and conducting product presentations.
  2. Bid Preparation: Assist in the preparation of bids, including resolving technical issues and collaborating with sales staff to achieve targets.
  3. Research and Analysis: Collect, collate, and analyze information related to industries, ensuring that we stay up-to-date on market trends.
  4. Training and Guidance: Conduct technical training and guidance for partners, agents, and key customers as required.
  5. Solution Provision: Offer solutions and technical support to collaborated customers.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Graduate degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in presales, with a background in telecommunications, particularly in Tetra, DMR P25, LTE, or other telecommunication standards.
  • Language: Fluent in English as a working language (conversation and writing).
  • Behavioral Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, teamwork, interpersonal skills, initiative, sense of urgency, and dynamism.
