Perform all duties andresponsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that ofothers in your workplace.

Prepare thesupervisors files with daily function sheets and other food andbeverage activities held in the hotel forbriefings.

Handle team members particulars suchas inquiries of public holidays vacation days due to team membersand recording of medical records.

Type monthlyteam member attendance lists mark the attendance report total splitshifts and record transport allowance and claims getting yourmanagers signature / endorsement and passing these to Accounts forprocessing.

Keep personnel record of all teammembers recording their addresses salaries status birthdaysidentity card numbers and date of commencement.

Type the productivity form pertaining to the number of team memberstrength in respective sections overtime hours and number ofextralabourinvolved.

Check the weekly dutyroster keeping track of any changes involved with regards to changeof shift or personnel on emergency leave such as medical leave orcompassionate leave.

Write work orders for allsections of the Food & Beverage department followingup withthe Engineering department on completion of workorders.

Arrange Food & Beveragedepartments office requisitions such as office materials foodrequests market lists beverage requests general storeroom requestssuch as doily papers silver foils deli shop cake boxes etc. toensure sufficient stock.

Write and followup onletters and memorandums.

Attend F&Bmeetings keep attendance and write minutes distributing minutes toall concerned.

Handle requests brought up byother departments concerning the Food & Beverage departmentand handling of cake orders.

Arrange teammembers and managers discussions on the Employees Progress reporttranslating for team members when necessary.

Check timecards listing the number of days lateness absence withoutpermission medical leave reports etc.

Collectmails.

Take charge of the filing system at theF&B office and keep all files in a goodsystem.

Carry out any other reasonable dutiesand responsibilities asassigned.

A Food& Beverage Administrator serving Conrad Abu Dhabi EtihadTowers Hotel is always working on behalf of our Guests and workingwith other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you shouldmaintain the attitude behaviours skills and values thatfollow:

University degree college certificate orsecretarial training in a vocational school or an educationalinstitution.

12 years in a similarposition.

Fluent in English to meet businessneeds and preferably have a good command of Food and Beveragedepartment related expressions.

Computerliterate.

Good organization interpersonal andcommunication skills.

Proficient withwordprocessing and spreadsheets.

Goodtranslation capabilities.

Able to type fast andaccurately.

Line operations managementandlabourrelated experiencepreferred.
