  • 3-5 years of relevant experience inprocurement or category management, with 6 months to 3 years ofspecialized experience.
  • Proficiency in ERPsystems (preferably Oracle) and advanced Excelskills.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, andcommunication skills.
  • Knowledge ofindustry-specific procurement practices is anadvantage.
