  • Ensuresachievement of branch's targets and objectives, bothService revenue and Parts sales through workshop and retailcounters, while making certain that Aftersales operations arecompliant with company standards andpolicies.
  • Organizes monitors and evaluatesinternal Aftersales key figures in thebranch.
  • Oversees repair quality and monitorsmanpower performance periodically, finding ways to consistentlymotivate the staff towards dedicated work and high-qualityservice.

  • Recommends a range of Aftersalesservices to be offered by the dealership, oriented towards theappropriate target groups, with consideration for the competitiveenvironment. Implementation within the Department is subject toManagement's approval.
