  • Prioritize and manage Qualitydepartment activities and workload to support the strategic goalsof the company.
  • Collaborate with seniorleadership to align process improvement efforts with organizationalgoals and objectives ensuring strategic alignment and drivingcontinuous improvement culture throughout thecompany.
  • Manage the ISO 9001:2015 certificationprocess (coordinate with HSE functions in case of integratedsystem
  • Manage the Quality Management Systems(QMS) and MEA Regional Productcertifications
  • Oversee external and internalaudits.
  • Lead and motivate local quality teamsto develop metrics and scorecard to guide improvementefforts.
  • Review and action customer incidentsand inquiries.
  • Lead corrective action processto ensure that identified causes are adequatelyaddressed.
  • Lead problem solving and root causeidentification efforts.
  • Lead new productqualifications for both product performance andmanufacturability.
  • Lead continuous improvementteams using Lean and Six Sigma tools using the following tools:Value Stream Mapping Cpk/Ppk GR&R SPC Control PlansSampling Plans Kaizen 5S Statistical Analysis SMED 5 whys RootCause analysis VOC QFD Error Proofing Robust Design FMEA Cause andEffect Diagrams Pareto Analysis etc.
  • Work withCustomer Operations and Service sites to identify and documentincidents and noncompliance findings. Assisting and managing theactivities of the Quality Managers/Site leaders to createcorrective action plans to manage noncompliances toclosure.
  • Support local Supplier Qualificationand issue resolution
  • Provide tactical strategicsupport at a Customer Operations and Service Sitelevel.
  • Coach and council employees onperformance deficiencies and document asrequired.
  • Support the development of thequality management system to manage government/nuclearprograms.
  • Support the development of thequality management system to manage regulatorycompliance.
  • Additional duties asassigned.
  • Quality activities at the CustomerOperations and Service sites
  • Maintain andimprove the QMS and Product certifications (whereapplicable)
  • Siteprojects
  • Internal/External customer complaintmanagement
  • Lead and guide directreports
  • MEA Quality Management system andfunction projects in collaboration with the localteams.
  • Timely and effectively completion of theassigned activities.
  • Spread Quality Culture incollaboration with the rest of the Qualityteam.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors inEngineering (Industrial Mechanical or ManufacturingPreferred)
  • 10 years experience in Quality in aregional Role
  • Proven record of accomplishmentsin a similar role.
  • Excellent administrationcommunication and organizationalskills
  • Knowledge and understanding of QMSProcesses and ISO 9001.
  • Certification asInternal Auditor or Lead Assessor
  • DemonstratedExperience in quality management tools such as: Control PlansKaizen 5S Statistical Analysis Root Cause analysis tools CorrectiveAction Systems FMEA IPPAP and Cause and Effect Diagramspreferred.
  • Demonstrated Experience in datavisualization in Microsoft Excel and/or other data visualizationtools such as Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability topersistently pursue and achieve results. Uses data / analytics toproactively monitor and review plans to hit or exceed targets anddrives continuous improvement.
  • Knowledgeableand demonstrated experience in understanding of technically complexproblems.
  • Must be able to communicate with alllevels of management.
  • Must be detailed orientedand a team player.
  • Ability to read andinterpret drawings.
  • Ability to motivateproduction/quality performance.
  • Must beflexible in work duties and schedule.
  • Strongknowledge of quality management principles and bestpractices.
  • Experience in Oil & Gascompanies would be a plus
  • Experience inMultinational environment would be a plus;
  • LeadAuditor qualification according to ISO 19011 would be aplus;
  • Lean and Six Sigma Black BeltCertification would be a plus;
  • Some Experienceas a trainer;
  • Some operating experience withSAP;
  • Fluent in English Speaking in Arabic wouldbe aplus
