Jotech Paints is seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality of our paints and coatings in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by implementing and maintaining effective quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Quality Initiatives: Lead quality initiatives to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
  2. Manage Quality Processes: Manage quality processes to ensure the quality of our paints and coatings.
  3. Conduct Quality Audits: Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  4. Develop Corrective Actions: Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions regarding the quality control of the product.
  5. Collaborate with Departments: Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Store department on raw materials and finished goods availability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or any related course.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in Quality Control from a PAINT manufacturing company or a similar field equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Knowledge of quality control standard procedures. Researcher and innovative in chemical fields.
