Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivatedand experienced Inside Sales Coordinator with extensive experiencein the sports fitness wellness or medical industry tojoin our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leadsmanaging client relationships and ensuring smooth sales processes. You will play a key role inpromoting our products and services to new and existing clients converting leads into longterm customersand supporting our sales team to achieve companygoals.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads from multiple channels (phone email websitesocial media etc.).
  • Engage with potentialclients and prospects to explain the companys fitness wellness andsports offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service answering any questions orconcerns potential clients have about products servicespricing and policies.
  • Scheduleand coordinate followup calls consultations or fitness assessmentswith prospectiveclients.
  • Generate and maintainaccurate reports on sales activities lead conversion rates andsales pipelines. Ensure all documentation contracts andsales records are properly completed and stored.
  • Prepare quotes and sales presentations as needed. Follow up onpending payment.
  • Understand competitorofferings and pricing models to stay competitive in the market.

Skills &Qualifications:

Education : BachelorsDegree/Diploma or a related field.

Experience : 2 years ofexperience in inside sales highly preferred in the sports fitnessor wellness industry.

CRM & Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM system Salesforce and MicrosoftOffice Suite.

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with sports/fitness equipment andaccessories in highly preferred.
