Coordinate departments(e.g., administrative, operating, sales, and engineering services)directly affecting residents and serve as their liaison withhomeowners and residents. Maintain a close relationship with theGeneral Manager and associated departments, working with all levelsof the operation to ensure all aspects of owner'sexperience meets standards. Represent the General Manager with theresidents. Maintain knowledge of the Property Owner Association andCondominium Owners Association, including legal and financialaspects. Track daily house counts and expected arrivals/departuresas well as unit availability status for any given day. Monitorpreparation of financial statements each period. Coordinate thedevelopment of the community's long range and annual(business) plans. Assist in maintaining all aspects of buildingmaintenance affecting day-to-day operations including elevators,heat, water and life safety systems in club home units. Preparespecifications and recommend vendors for all bids and services byoutside contractors. Manage relationships with vendors. Participatein board and annual meetings. Assist other employees to ensureproper coverage and prompt resident and guest service (e.g.,residential concierge, door staff).

Provideassistance to coworkers, ensuring they understand their tasks.Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to qualityexpectations and standards. Follow all company policies andprocedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean andprofessional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information,and protect company assets. Develop and maintain positive workingrelationships with others, support team to reach common goals, andlisten and respond appropriately to the concerns of otheremployees. Speak with others using clear and professional language,and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Welcome andacknowledge all residents and guests according to companystandards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individualswith disabilities, and thank residents and guests with genuineappreciation. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objectsweighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.Perform other reasonable job duties asrequested.
