Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Liaison Specialist to join our team at Steel Searcher Middle East DMCC. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and government authorities, ensuring seamless compliance with regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employment permits, entry visas, and medical examinations for employees.
Residence visas, renewals, and cancellations for employees and their dependents.
Passport renewals for expatriates and their families. - Administer business licenses, tax remittances, and compliance with UAE government departments (e.g., Economic Department, Municipality, Ministry of Finance).
Entry visas for global business visitors. - Liaise with embassies and foreign diplomatic missions to facilitate business visits, and the UAE Immigration for visa processing.
- Provide expert guidance on government procedures and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Handle complex tasks, such as medical/police procedures in emergencies, with discretion and efficiency.
- Adapt to and implement changes in government rules and regulations promptly.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience in a similar job with strong experience with government organizations and embassies.
- Educational background: at least completion of Secondary Education.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
- Good influencing skills.
- Spoken and written Arabic is a must.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
