RelationshipDevelopment:

  • Theincumbent will be a strong team player with the ability to deliveragreed sales and revenue targets across Global Markets. Distribution& Coverage Scope:

  • The incumbent will befocused on origination distribution legal credit and operationalaspects of crossasset Global Markets solutions across the targetedclient base and geography. A strong expectation to understand theclient requirements to work with our coverage teams and internalstakeholder to provide a highquality distribution service to thetargetedclients.

Responsibilities/Coverage:

  • Manageand expand relationships with a ready client list across multipleasset classes Develop & deepen client relationships throughregular engagement thought leadership and solution driven approachaimed at building longterm partnerships with keyaccounts.
  • Manage indepth conversations withCredit/Risk/Legal/Compliance Department for development &delivering on business.
  • Ensure adherence to allGM Sales requirements across the client which are inline with FABsregulatory compliance and best practicestandards.
  • Ensure high quality executiononboarding and account maintenance and build/maintain strongrelationship with GM product Coverage teams and the enablementfunctions.
  • Strong team player working closelywith members of the GM Sales Team and supporting asrequired.
  • Ensure client / internal / monetaryimpacting issues are escalated appropriately to line manager withinsuitable timeframe.
  • Expectation to participatein client events / forums / offsite events asrequired.
  • Ensure maximum optimization ofcustomer flow activity and cross selling opportunities to producebest in class flow to grow the GMfranchise.
  • Coverage & SegmentCoverage: Multinational Corporates& Commercial Clients
  • ProductKnowledge: Incumbent is expected toprovide multi asset class coverage. These include but are notlimited to FX (including options) Money market Credit (Repo bonds)Interest rate derivatives and Commodity derivatives. Incumbent isexpected to provide expertise from a background in credit coverageor relationship management to the GM Salesrole.

  • Degreein Finance Accounting Economics Commerce or relevantdisciplines.

MinimumExperience & Attributes:

  • Minimum 57 years ofrelevant experience.
  • Language skills: French orArabic would be an added advantage
  • Ready poolof client relationships large and midsized corporates &institutional clients across Europe and Americas or from an Energyor Natural Resources or Commodity Tradingbackground
  • Knowledge of Credit Analysis GlobalMarket products including risk valuations XVA pricing and return oncapital/RWA
  • Direct Customer support / ClientService experience.
  • Strong and effectivecommunications and analytical skills.
  • Strongknowledge in using range of MIS & performance metrics todrive client portfolio growth.
  • Experience ofworking in a high volume and highpressureenvironment.
  • Experience of interaction withother regional and global teams.
  • Strong teamplayer with ability to accommodate a range of views and drive teamperformance.
  • Confident at communication to alllevels of internal and external clients business partners andtechnology.
  • Accurate thorough and highlyresponsible with a good attention todetail.
