AboutYou

We are looking for someonewho has experience of recruiting in a retail and digital function,including a proven track record in hiring in tech roles, CRM,Marketing and a key understanding on the market globally. You willbe able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiationskills and be able to participate and facilitate group meetingsincluding leading projects where required. Experience of leading asuccessful team in the GCC would be highly advantageous. Excellentcommunication and fluency in English is required. Arabic would behighly advantageous.

1. Recruitment Strategy andPlanning

  • Collaborateon recruitment strategy: Work closely with theTalent Acquisition Manager and senior HR team to develop effectiverecruitment strategies that align with organizationalgoals.
  • Workforceplanning: Assist in analyzing hiring needs andtrends, ensuring the recruitment strategy aligns with businessobjectives and growthplans.
  • Talent pooldevelopment: Help build and maintain a pipeline ofqualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, includingactive and passivecandidates.

2. Sourcingand CandidateAttraction

  • Jobposting and advertising: Manage and optimize jobpostings across various platforms such as job boards, social media,and company websites to attract toptalent.
  • Proactivesourcing: Identify and approach potential candidatesthrough LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, networking events, andother channels.
  • Employerbranding: Promote the organization's brandas an employer of choice by highlighting company culture, benefits,and growth opportunities in job advertisements and candidateinteractions.

3.Candidate Screening andInterviewing

  • Resumescreening: Review and evaluate resumes andapplications to shortlist candidates that meet the qualificationsand criteria for specificroles.
  • Initialinterviews: Conduct phone or video screenings toassess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culturalfit before presenting them to hiringmanagers.
  • Interviewcoordination: Schedule and coordinate interviewsbetween candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smoothcommunication throughout theprocess.
