We are looking for a highly organized anddetailoriented HR Assistant to join our team at Star Services LLCin Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a fulltime HR Assistant youwill be responsible for assisting with various HR functions andactivities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our HRdepartment. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining and updatingrecruitment trackers Excel sheets and HR reports. Assisting insourcing candidates through job portals databases and manpowersupply agencies. Screening CVs shortlisting candidates andcoordinating interviews with hiring managers. Sending interviewconfirmations followups and feedback notifications. Maintaining andorganizing employee records HR databases and compliancedocumentation. Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processesfor new and departing employees. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR preferably as an HRAssistant. Knowledge of HR processes and procedures. Familiaritywith UAE labor laws. Excellent organizational and timemanagementskills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient inMicrosoft Office and HR software. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality andhandle sensitive information. Proactive and able to workindependently as well as in a team. Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to newprocesses and systems.
