Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute HR recruitment tasks and work orders as required.
  • Understand client hiring needs, organizational culture, and job specifications.
  • Source high-quality candidates through online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate databases and track progress.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leaves, and absences.
  • Process employees' WPS and health insurance applications.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day operations.
