- Oversee daily IT operations, including network maintenance, IT support, and infrastructure management

- Manage IT service delivery, vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)

- Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

- Experience implementing business continuity and disaster recovery solutions on Azure
- Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize cloud-based IT operations
