  • Ensure adherence to complainthandling procedures; maintain records of complaints and actionstaken.
  • Conduct continuous training andassessments for team members to ensure complianceawareness.
  • Perform general administrativetasks, including file creation and maintenance of ongoingadministrative projects.
  • Implement and manageCustomer Due Diligence (CDD) onboarding processes, includingsanctions checks and verifications according to establishedprocedures.
  • Provide CDD and AML support to alllevels of stakeholders and externalclients.
  • Review brokerage agreements andtransactions in the context of CDD and AMLcompliance.
  • Assist with ongoing monitoring ofclients.
  • Maintain and manage workflow incollaboration with the legal department.
  • Ensureachievement of weekly targets in a fast-paced, high-volumeenvironment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofrelevant CDD and AML regulations.
  • Contribute tothe continuous improvement of the CDDfunction.

Skills andQualifications

Qualifications:

  • LegalDegree or a minimum of 6 years of experience in a reputable companyproviding dedicated CDD and AML support.
  • ICAcertificate in AML, Financial Crime, or Compliance (Preferred butnot mandatory).
