As a Paralegal Admin / Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to lawyers and legal professionals, maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting documents. You will also be responsible for managing and organizing legal documents, correspondence, and client files, assisting in scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates, handling incoming calls and communications, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing and formatting legal documents, and maintaining and updating the firm's database and filing systems.
