Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Recruiter to join our team In this role you will get to play a critical role in supporting strategic hiring initiatives and ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent to drive our company's success.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires agility in managing work and priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Recruiter will work with candidates for key needs across the entire business unit.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Support strategic hiring initiatives by collaborating with hiring managers to understand and anticipate staffing needs.
  3. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer.
  4. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  5. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews.
  6. Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  7. Build and nurture talent pools to ensure a steady supply of potential candidates for key roles.
  8. Foster and sustain trusted connections with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  9. Cultivate a positive and professional relationship with candidates to elevate the overall candidate experience.
  10. Develop a deep understanding of the organization's culture, values, and work environment and infuse it in customized communications.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  12. Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  13. Be agile in managing work and priorities, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
  14. Work with candidates for key needs across the entire portfolio of work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  1. Minimum of 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting.
  2. Bachelor degree from a recognized University or recognized HR qualification or certificate.
  3. A dynamic mindset characterized by a strong drive to take initiative, think creatively and embrace challenges turning these into opportunities through a solution driven approach.
  4. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  5. Excellent English communication skills written and spoken.
  6. Attention to detail and advanced organization skills.
  7. Experience in using advanced applicant tracking systems.
  8. Accomplished in developing stakeholder and candidate relationships.
  9. Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  1. Experience in engineering and construction recruitment or closely related.
  2. Experience of working with advanced ATS systems, including Workday and Phenom.
  3. Vision for embracing technology and candidate identification.
  4. Upholds the principles and values of the company and possess a high level of integrity.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle a variety of sensitive situations and confidential assignments.
