We are looking for a Senior ProductManager to lead our Activities, Ad Tech, and Whitelabel products atAlmosafer. This role is critical in shaping the future of ourplatform, ensuring travelers have access to enriching experienceswhile optimizing revenue opportunities through ad technology andwhitelabel solutions.

As a key member of theconsumer travel product team, you will drive the strategy,execution, and growth of these product areas, working closely withcross-functional teams including engineering, design, data,marketing, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Defineand execute the product strategy and roadmap for Activities, AdTech, and Whitelabel products, aligning with company goals andcustomer needs.
  • End-to-end product ownership,from ideation to impact. Collaborate closely with engineering,design, data and business teams to deliver impactful productsolutions.
  • Lead product discovery and researchto identify opportunities and validate solutions throughquantitative and qualitativeapproaches
  • Advocate for customer needs whilebalancing business objectives, scalability, and operationalefficiency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends andcompetitive landscape to innovate and maintain a competitiveedge.

ProfileRequirements:

  • 5+ yearsof experience in product management in consumer-facing digitalproducts.
  • Strong experience in data-drivendecision-making, leveraging analytics, experimentation and customerinsights.
  • Deep expertise in product discoveryand research, with a user-centric approach to building impactfulproducts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management andcommunication skills, with the ability to align cross-functionalteams around a common vision.
  • Entrepreneurialmindset with a passion for innovation and driving measurablebusiness impact.
  • Technical proficiency in SQLand Python is a plus
  • Solid knowledge ofe-commerce/ travel products is a plus

2.Leadership and TeamManagement

  • TeamLeadership : Leading and mentoring a team of productmanagers, helping them develop professionally and ensuring they arealigned with the company's productstrategy.
  • Cross-FunctionalCollaboration : Working closely with engineering,design, sales, marketing, and other departments to deliversuccessful products. Ensuring alignment between teams and effectivecommunication throughout the productlifecycle.
  • PerformanceManagement : Setting clear goals and performancemetrics for the product team, providing feedback, and ensuring teamaccountability.

3.Product LifecycleManagement

  • End-to-EndProduct Development : Overseeing the productlifecycle from ideation through to launch and iteration. Thisincludes defining product requirements, setting timelines, managingresources, and ensuring timelydelivery.
  • Prioritization :Making tough decisions about what features or products toprioritize based on customer feedback, market needs, and businessimpact.
  • Post-LaunchMonitoring : Analyzing the success of a product afterlaunch, identifying areas for improvement, and working oniterations and updates as needed.

4.Data-Driven DecisionMaking

  • Analyticsand Metrics : Using data to inform product decisions,measure success, and optimize performance. Defining and trackingKPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as customer satisfaction,revenue growth, user engagement, andadoption.
  • A/BTesting : Leading experimentation processes such asA/B testing to validate product decisions and drive continuousimprovement.
  • CustomerFeedback : Gathering and analyzing customer feedbackthrough surveys, user interviews, and analytics to improve theproduct and the overall customerexperience.

5. ProductMarketing andPositioning

  • Go-To-MarketStrategy : Collaborating with marketing and salesteams to develop go-to-market plans, product launches, andpromotional strategies that align with customer needs and businessobjectives.
  • CompetitiveAnalysis : Conducting competitor analysis tounderstand trends, pricing, features, and market positioning tostay ahead in themarket.
  • Customer ValueProposition : Defining and communicating the uniquevalue proposition of the product to both internal teams andexternal customers.
