Roles and responsibilities

The role requires: 1) understand and analyze customer needs by conducting research, monitor market opportunities and trends, 2) work with cross-functional teams, banks, schemes, financial companies, and influencing teams, 3) in cooperation with the technical teams, defining and improving the customer experience for the customer, 4) build the business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch, 5) run programs independently pertaining to improve the customer purchasing power at checkout.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product goals, updates, and results to various stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers.

    • Lead sprint planning, ensuring that the development team is focused on the most valuable tasks.

  • Customer and User Research:

    • Lead user research efforts to understand customer pain points, needs, and behaviors, using tools such as surveys, interviews, and analytics.
    • Use customer feedback and data to prioritize product features and make data-driven decisions.
    • Ensure that the product meets or exceeds customer expectations, and iterate based on feedback.

  • Product Launch and Go-To-Market Strategy:

    • Develop the go-to-market strategy for the product, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure a successful launch.
    • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
    • Monitor product performance post-launch and work with the team to resolve issues, address customer concerns, and identify new features or improvements.

  • Stakeholder Management and Communication:

    • Regularly communicate product updates, progress, and results to key stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers.
    • Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs in discussions with leadership and development teams.
    • Present business cases for new products or features, including market analysis, potential revenue, and user impact.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Use data analytics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze key metrics (e.g., customer acquisition, retention, revenue, engagement) to make informed decisions about product features and direction.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product offerings.

    • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the product development process, whether they relate to technical challenges, customer feedback, or project timelines.
    • Continuously improve the product based on performance data, user feedback, and evolving business goals.
