Key duties include overseeing event logistics ensuringcompliance with regulations and implementing innovative andcreative event strategies also maintain event documentation andmanage stakeholder relationships throughout the DSFlifecycle.

CoreFunctionalResponsibilities

  • Assistin the development and management of DSF event plans including theallocation of resources budgeting and adherence to timelines linkedto project milestones.
  • Support the FestivalStrategy and Planning team in the creation of event budgetsimplementing financial management controls and establishing metricsfor measuring spending and performance duringDSF.
  • Support in classifying DSF events based onscope attendance audience profiles duration location budget andresource requirements.
  • Assist in thepreparation and distribution of communications to the EventMarketing team to facilitate the development of targeted marketingstrategies for DSF.
  • Collaborate with theprocurement team on drafting RFPs/RFIs managing supplier selectionand overseeing contract processes.
  • Manageonground event/project delivery coordinating with all relevantinternal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintainstrong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersincluding vendors sponsors and government authorities to ensuresmooth DSF execution and alignment with Dubai Economic and TourismDepartments (DET) strategic goals.
  • Suggest andintegrate creative content elements and activations to keep DSFengaging and aligned with global event management bestpractices.
