As an Assistant Manager (Retail Festivals & Events - National Talent), you'll be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF). Your key duties will include overseeing event logistics, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing innovative event strategies.

Festival Objectives:
  • Ensure strategic alignment with DFRE and DET's goals through effective event planning and execution.
  • Enhance event experiences by implementing creative and innovative event strategies.
  • Manage event documentation and maintain stakeholder relationships throughout the DSF lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team on drafting RFPs/RFIs, managing supplier selection, and overseeing contract processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in event management and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with event management software and tools.
