Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily park operations, ensuring seamless functionality.

Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to boost attendance and revenue.

Maintain the highest standards of safety, customer service, and guest satisfaction.

Lead and motivate a multi-departmental team, fostering a positive work environment.

Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures for efficiency.

Requirements:
