Keeps the Security Manager informed of allsecurity related matters.

Liaises with Managementpersonnel and all employees and assist with security problems andloss

control.

Proper groomingat all times

Attend training classes as perschedule

Show fullest cooperation and respectwithin the team and other departments

Is aware ofthe daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotelfacilities Patrols lobbies corridors guest floors public areas andoutside including parking area.

Confers withmanagement interviews guests and employees and interrogates personsto detect infringements and investigates disturbances complaintsthefts vandalism and accidents.

Patrol publicareas to detect fires unsafe conditions and missing or inoperativesafety equipment. Warns or ejects troublemakers and cautionscareless persons.

Obtains assistance for accidentvictims and writes accident reports.

Notifiesconcerned Department Head of presence of persons with questionablereputations. Enters and checks rooms of guests suspected of leavingwithout paying bill to confirm suspicious and to seize anyremaining personal property.

Complies and recordsdata for Security Control.

Monitors and maintainselectrical and computer control panels. Assists guests andemployees in hotel operations andservice.

Ensures all Fire safety equipment is atthe designated places and are serviceable at all times. Ensures allFire Exits and stairs are clear from obstruction at alltimes.

Directs incoming guests to the check inarea.

Directs guests and visitors to any of thehotels facilities. Prevents entrance of unauthorized or undesirablepersons

Ensures no nonhotel guest to sit or sleepin the lobby waiting or resting areas.

Maintainstight security in lobby by closely monitoring those who come in andleaving the hotel. Directs traffic in the hotelsdriveway.

Reports complaints or problems toSecurity Manager if no immediate solution can befound.

Ensures a high level of product knowledgeof hotel and local areas. Ensures a high level of customer serviceis consistently maintained.

Ensures the SecurityManager kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from eithercustomers or other departments.

Reads all memosconcerning Security

Opens and closes car doorsfor guests whenever the opportunity arises. Prevents unauthorisedparking in driveway.

Attends and contributes toall meetings asrequired

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year in a similarrole with a fivestar hotel. Computer and excellent communicationskills.
