  • Prepare proposals and designpresentations, taking the lead in client meetings to showcaselandscape solutions.
  • Develop and implementstrategies to grow the landscape discipline portfolio acrossdiverse sectors.
  • Oversee the conceptualization,design, and implementation of landscape projects, providingtechnical oversight to ensure they meet both functional andaesthetic requirements while aligning with clientneeds.
  • Lead design efforts, including settingdesign direction and engaging with clients for feedback andalignment
  • Advocate for continuous professionaldevelopment within the technical team, identifying learningopportunities, tools, and resources.
  • Evaluatepotential technical challenges and risks in projects, ensuring theyare addressed proactively.
  • Stay abreast ofemerging technologies, materials, and methods, integrating themwhere appropriate to enhance projectoutcomes.
  • Recruit and build the technicallandscape team, leveraging the resource centermodel.
Desired candidate profile
  • Bachelor's degree or higher inLandscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.Master's degree preferred.
  • Charteredstatus or equivalent professional certification (e.g., RIBA, ASLA,etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 15 yearsof experience in architectural design and technical roles, with aminimum of 5 years in a leadershipcapacity.
  • Proven experience in managing anddelivering complex projects from conception tocompletion.
  • Strong technical knowledge oflandscape design principles, sustainability practices, andconstruction methods.
  • Experience in businessdevelopment, including proposal writing and clientpresentations.
  • Strong leadership skills withthe ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinaryteams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation,and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English isrequired; knowledge of Arabic is anadvantage.
