The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the technical excellence of landscape projects, ensuring high standards of design, execution, and sustainability. You will work closely with clients to develop tailored solutions for local and international clients across diverse sectors to enhance outdoor environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
  • Chartered status or equivalent professional certification (e.g., RIBA, ASLA, etc.) is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and technical roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects from conception to completion
  • Strong technical knowledge of landscape design principles, sustainability practices, and construction methods
  • Experience in business development, including proposal writing and client presentations
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
