  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing distributors serving as their maincontact for all salesrelated inquiries andsupport.
  • Identify and connect with potentialdistributors conducting market research to evaluate suitabilitybased on company standards.
  • Collaborate withthe marketing team to develop effective sales strategiespromotional materials and training resources fordistributors.
  • Monitor and analyze salesperformance metrics distributor feedback and market trends toidentify areas for improvement andgrowth.
  • Organize regular sales meetingstraining sessions and product presentations to enhance distributorknowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Coordinatewith the internal sales team and other departments to ensureseamless order processing timely delivery and resolution ofdistributorrelated issues.
  • Provide accuratesales forecasts and reports detailing distributor performancemarket conditions and potential growthopportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trendscompetitor activities and emerging market opportunities that mayimpact distributor relationships andperformance.
  • Represent the company at industryevents trade shows and conferences to establish new contacts andstrengthen existing distributorrelationships.
  • This role also includes anyadditional duties assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Manageras appropriate.
  • Compliance with the companysQuality Integrated Management and Environmental Health &Safety Management Systems is essential alongside implementing bestsafetypractices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree inbusiness administration sales or a relevantfield.
