Your new role As a Medical Representative at Novo Nordisk, you will promote and sell our innovative products to healthcare professionals across Qatar. You will play a key role in executing our commercial strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building trusted, long-term relationships with customers to ensure better outcomes for patients. Main Responsibilities will include: Promote and present Novo Nordisk products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to your territory. Identify and pursue potential new customers in the healthcare sector. Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct product presentations, participate in medical events, and represent Novo Nordisk at conferences and seminars. Your Skills & Qualifications As a person, you are self‑motivated, driven, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You should be a confident communicator, a natural relationship builder, and a team player who upholds high ethical standards and integrity in every interaction. We expect you to have: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, or related life sciences. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare field in Qatar. Valid Qatar residency and valid Qatar driver’s license are mandatory. Experience in a multinational company is a plus. Experience with trade and consumer channels is a plus.
