Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven customer cum insight sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, address client concerns effectively, and drive sales by understanding customer needs and closing opportunities. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development - Identify and acquire new dermatology & aesthetic clinics. - Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations (lasers, RF, IPL, Hydrafacial). - Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, close deals. - Coordinate financing options (DP + PDC/cheques). - Achieve monthly revenue targets. Account Management - Build strong relationships with owners, dermatologists, and purchasing managers. - Ensure repeat business through excellent service & follow-up. - Maintain active pipeline & CRM records. Product Support - Coordinate installation, training & after-sales support. - Attend workshops & CME events as company representative. KPIs - Clinic visits per week (min 15) - Product demos - Quotations issued - Closure rate - Monthly revenue / gross margin Requirements - Minimum 2 years in UAE dermatology/aesthetic equipment sales - Existing network of clinics / decision makers - Strong negotiation & closing skills - Valid UAE driving license - Fluent in English; Arabic preferred Package - Competitive base + uncapped commission - Target earning potential: 20,00035,000 AED/month + incentives
