We are hiring Medical Representatives for our growing team in Abu Dhabi - UAE DESCRIPTION AND AIM The role of Medical Representative is to deliver the highest quality scientific information to the largest number of HCPs, regarding Menarini’s prescription and, if needed, over‑the‑counter drugs, in individual or group clinics, hospitals and pharmacy settings. In doing that, the Medical Representative will represent Menarini, embodying the core values of the company, always acting at the highest standard of integrity, in adherence to the Menarini Code of Conduct and in compliance with local and international laws and regulations. Responsibilities Learn about drugs and diseases at the highest standard and keep scientific knowledge up to date. Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals to educate them on the value Menarini products bring to patients/customers in the area. Manage a master‑list of doctors (General Practitioners plus a selection of Specialists) and Pharmacists to ensure coverage of the right HCPs at the right frequency of visit (territory management). This will imply planning visits to individual HCPs, group presentations in hospital/clinics, attendance at local medical events or regional, national congresses. In pharmacy activity, deliver scientific information to pharmacists, check stock availability, service requests from pharmacists, implement educational events, take orders where allowed, and collect general market feedback. Research competitor’s medications and their respective market performances. Ensure the achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory. Keep abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company’s business strategies. Establish and develop relations with key personnel in all facilities in the assigned territory. Provide reports to supervisor regarding territory status, including forecasts, proposals and business reviews. Company Procedure & Follow‑Up Process Comply with the data integrity policy and commitment. Monitor and analyze the processes and ensuring that the necessary actions are taken for improvement. Maintain, back up and archive (or ensure that they are made) all records under your responsibility and destroy records when the retention period expires. Fulfil and implement responsibilities mentioned in all procedures of the company. Manage the process in accordance with company procedures; ensure that the activities of the inputs and outputs are correct, that the resources are sufficient, monitor the process, keep the records, measure performance and, when necessary, report on these issues. Required Qualifications Education Level: at least Bachelor Degree. Education Faculty / Department: Pharmacy, General Medicine, Dental Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Life Science or similar education. Work Experience: Commercial experience in the assigned territory in the pharmaceutical industry. Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Foreign Language: English and Arabic. Other: Valid Driving License. Competencies & Skills Effective communication and presentation skills.
