The position requires the ability to ensure that the customers who shall contact the club and inquire about any information (such as Membership, directions, transferring calls to the appropriate department, day pass reservations; restaurant information and reservations, etc…) are taken care of in efficient manner over the telephone. She/ He ensures all members and guests are given a personalized warm, friendly, courteous, and efficient service at all times. Main Duties & Responsibilities Answer calls professionally within a prescribed time frame and according to established scripts and standards. Distribute all telephonic or e‑mails of members and other guests. Assist guests with any restaurant or club day pass reservations. Be aware of the club policies and procedures, including emergency procedures, and know what to do when an emergency arises. Ensure that the established quality standard and high level of work performance are maintained. Be fully aware of all activities taking place in the club and familiarize yourself with the daily function sheet, VIP / group arrivals, and club promotions. Assist department objectives in order to achieve targets. Answer and attend to all inquiries by calling customers in the most courteous, friendly, and efficient manner and direct calls to the appropriate department. Be ready to work willingly to any assignment given. Be responsible for the orderliness, tidiness and smooth operation of the operator area. Represent the club with all telephone calls and e‑mails. Practice personalized service for all guest requests. Improve and maintain the response time to service guests’ needs and requests. Strictly adhere to the company’s policy on confidentiality and ethics. Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time, including but not limited to cross‑training in other departments within the resort, individual and group projects such as CSR initiatives, and support on brand value engagement and administrative duties. Must possess high levels of integrity and maturity. Ability to work on weekends and night shifts. Have what it takes to join our team? The ideal candidate for this position will display the following attributes: High School (GED Education) or at least 2 full years as a customer service agent working in a multi‑cultural 5-star hotel environment. Ability to handle large calls for reservations or any club inquiry. Fluency in spoken and written English. Computer basic skills. Other languages such as Arabic, French, German, Russian, and Chinese would be an added advantage.
