  • Develop and maintain strongrelationship with GMASCO Social MediaLead
  • Liaise with HR/Talent social mediastakeholders to assist in the development of Talent Brand andThought Leadership content
  • Continuousimprovement through understanding of measurement tools, scorecards,and recruitment analytics
  • Review quarterlyresults and provide recommendations on improving the quality ofservice in line with feedback
  • Createdevelopment plan and resources for TA Team to ensure teamcapability meets performancerequirements
  • Formulate and conduct healthchecks on Talent Acquisition team to assess current capability inaccordance with Talent Acquisition Processes and Key WorkOutputs
