We areseeking a skilled and detailoriented professional to manage theglobal transfer pricing function for our group. This role iscrucial in ensuring compliance with international tax regulationsoptimizing tax efficiency and supporting the business with transferpricing analysis documentation and audits. The ideal candidate willhave strong analytical skills experience in financial modelling andthe ability to collaborate with global stakeholders. Keyelements to the roleinclude:
- Manage theglobal transfer pricing for the Group
- Preparation of transfer pricing analysis/modelfor the Group
- Preparation of transfer pricingdocumentation including local files master files and policydocumentation
- Identify where value is createdin their global value chain and opportunities for tax efficiency
- Collate evidence and documentation to build adefense file emails minutes internal announcements
- Conduct financial economic value chain andbenchmarking analysis
- Assist with the use oftechnology on improving operational transfer pricing
- Develop technical skills through on the jobtraining as well as structured training on aspects such asAustralian and global transfer pricing developments
- Facilitate training sessions to global financeteam to educate them on the transfer pricing model
- Support the business with audit requirementsregarding transfer pricing
- Perform functionalinterviews with individuals within the business to gainunderstanding of the roles and responsibilities
- Reconciliation of the transfer pricing numbersto the local statutory financials
- Assist withfinalisation of intercompany agreements relating to our intragroupservices
- Assist with transfer pricingimplications on other intragroup services including financearrangements transfer of business assets/IP/real estate and otherM&A deals
- Stay abreast on the developmentsof OECD Inclusive Framework on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting andthe impact it has on thebusiness
Theskills we would love to see in yoursuitcase
- Strongbackground in transfer pricing.
- Degree inAccounting Commerce Law and/or undertaking/completion of theCA/CPA.
- Strong technical analytical skillsparticularly with excel.
- Minimum 5 years taxexperience gained from large corporates or Big 4 / Midtier advisoryfirms.
- Experience in managing relationshipswith stakeholders.
- Strong writtencommunication skills. Good verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of ateam.
