About Our Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant-Transfer Pricing to join our team. As a Senior Consultant-Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for conducting transfer pricing analyses, preparing transfer pricing and tax proposals, and delivering high-quality transfer pricing and tax engagements in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conducts transfer pricing analyses, including economic/benchmarking analyses, transfer pricing documentation and planning studies, functional analyses, and assisting clients with implementing OECD's BEPS Action 13 requirements.
  2. Prepares transfer pricing and tax proposals including writing, coordination, and interacting with clients.
  3. Delivers high-quality transfer pricing and tax engagements in a timely manner.
  4. Assists with market building and client development activities.
  5. Travels for client meetings within the UAE (as required).

What You Will Need

  • 2+ years' experience in transfer pricing.
  • Excellent project management skills, including coordinating with multiple member firms, meeting deadlines, and working with and coaching associates.
  • Knowledge of international corporate tax, tax due diligence, tax accounting, VAT, and other tax issues.
  • Experience in business development, client relationship, and client management.
