BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting or manpower coupled with exceptional business development skills to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships in the region. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the companys presence in the UAE. Identify and target potential clients including private sector companies and multinational corporations to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including decisionmakers and influencers to understand their needs and position our services effectively. Lead the preparation and submission of proposals presentations and bids for projects ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends competitive landscapes and potential opportunities for growth. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering project management and finance to develop customized solutions and deliver highquality services to clients. Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions to promote our capabilities and establish thought leadership in the field. Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities track key metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Stay abreast of industry developments regulatory changes and market dynamics to inform strategic decisionmaking and maintain a competitive edge. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development roles within the consulting or manpower industry preferably in the GCC region. Deep understanding of the local market dynamics regulatory environment and business practices in the UAE Strong network within the engineering construction or energy sectors in the UAE Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with project management tools is a plus. Fluency in English is essential Arabic is a plus.
