Job Description:

As a Transformation Manager at Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in our exciting journey from good to great. Your responsibilities will include identifying, designing, driving, and overseeing comprehensive transformation initiatives across the organization.

You will set the strategic direction for projects, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the project design phase for Automotive strategy & transformation projects, aligned to our 3-year strategy.Identify transformation needs and opportunities across the organization.Support the development of transformation business cases by analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.Provide leadership and guidance in the creation of business cases.Ensure alignment of all projects to the Automotive strategic pillars and objectives.Deliver projects to time, cost, scope, and quality.Proactively identify project risks and issues and develop effective mitigation plans.Engage with key stakeholders and workstream leads to ensure transparency and momentum.Establish effective relationships with Automotive Executive Board members and other critical stakeholders.Ensure robust project and portfolio reporting and adherence to governance.

About the Team:

You will be part of the Strategy & Transformation department, working closely with the core business units, centers of excellence, and enabling functions. Our primary focus is delivering transformational projects on time, budget, and quality.
