About the Role

The Field Service Consultant will be responsible for conducting site visits to investigate product issues, followed by providing product service training to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.

This role involves analyzing problems, resolving them, and conducting technical and safety training to protect the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct site visits to investigate product issues, including joint visits with the sales team to resolve customer concerns.
  2. Carry out service marketing activities and enroll customers in service contracts with approval from the Line Manager to ensure customer loyalty.
  3. Provide technical and safety training to rectify, change, or enhance product application and usage methods.
  4. Attend training sessions conducted by Principal's representatives to stay up-to-date with new technologies and products.
  5. Attend regular meetings with the Line Manager to discuss issues and receive feedback.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a High School Certificate/Diploma (12 years of school education) and a Mechanical or Electrical Technician Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institute.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in technical fault analysis and repair of products within a similar industry, with at least 2 years of experience handling customers.

Desirable Skills
  • Sound technical knowledge of white goods products, working, and application.
  • Valid UAE drivers' license is desirable.
  • Ability to think analytically.
  • Planning and organizing.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Training skills.
  • Written and verbal communication in English (other regionally spoken languages including Arabic would be an added advantage).
  • Proficient PC skills.
