About the Role:

The E-Commerce Content Creation Lead will oversee the development of high-quality content across all e-commerce platforms. This includes creating engaging product descriptions, product features, and product benefits that align with the brand's marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling product content, including product descriptions, product features, and product benefits
  • Develop and maintain a style guide and tone of voice for all e-commerce content
  • Collaborate with in-house creatives to develop digital and offline content
  • Ensure consistency in writing style, formatting, and terminology across all e-commerce platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and knowledge of SEO

Requirements:

  • Degree in Foreign Languages, Marketing, Communication, or similar field
  • 4+ years of experience as a copywriter, content editor, and/or language specialist
  • Strong fluency in English, familiarity with UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, or Lebanese dialects (if required)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate, experienced in working in localization projects for e-commerce websites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sound knowledge of national and international men's and women's fashion, designers, brands, and trends
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient user of Excel and Google Docs
