Job Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and attracting qualified Asian candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Developing job postings and collaborating with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs.
  • Conducting screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinating the scheduling and conducting of interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Negotiating employment offers with candidates.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records in the recruitment database.
  • Providing regular updates to clients and management on recruitment progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in any Asian language is required.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
