We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Dusit Doha Hotel | Dusit Hotel & Suites - Doha. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Front Desk Staff: Coordinate the activities of the front desk team, ensuring that all guest interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Room Inventory: Ensure that rooms are assigned accurately and efficiently, taking into account guest preferences and special requests.
  • Process Cash Transactions: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Maintain Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or guest services in a similar capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in hotel software systems.
  • Qualifications: Familiarity with yield management and cost controls, good English language skills, and pleasant personality.
