As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training courses and in-house training solutions to our clients in the Middle East Region.

Your key responsibilities will include mentoring and qualifying new and existing tutors on tutor competencies, learning styles, and accelerated learning techniques. You will also be responsible for coaching new and existing tutors in contemporary learning styles and accelerated learning techniques.

In addition, you will assist with the design of training solutions, including classroom, virtual, on-demand, and hybrid modes of learning. You will also maintain and enhance your professional qualification status in relevant disciplines.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in training delivery and a proven track record of success in mentoring and coaching others. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver high-quality training courses and in-house training solutions to clients in the Middle East Region

**Requirements:**

* Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001 with Tutor Experience
* At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Auditor and Tutor
* Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and oral
* Willing to travel
